During the period 1995-1999, the Sala Parpalló was located in the Beneficència Cultural Center of Valencia, sharing the place with the spaces of the Museum of Prehistory, the Museum of Ethnology and the IVEI. In the investigation it exposed a technical file for each of the 57 self-produced exhibitions carried out in the period and a selection of the studies that accompanied them: the files are displayed chronologically according to the procedures used. Da un punto di vista sociologico, il diritto può essere inteso come sistema informativo ed in particolare la norma non è altro che un atto di comunicazione, cioè un messaggio, avente particolari caratteristiche di descrittività e, in senso lato, di prescrittività. Un messaggio, cioè, che appare indirizzato a orientare azioni e aspettative d’azione. In questo senso, dunque, la norma conferisce senso e significato all’azione, in senso weberiano.

The structure of King Aribisala's multi-layered novel "The Hangman's Game" is complex: each narrative thread reverberates onto the other, creating an intricate network of (sometimes distorting) mirrors, suggesting an interconnectedness between past and present, reality and fiction, living and writing. This paper endeavours to explore this complex relationship and to demonstrate how the protean phenomenon of resurgence informs "The Hangman's Game".
